The upgraded gear is usually more valuable, unless the Best item upgrade has low requirements by nature (like FB sorc shields) or has a high variance in stats (like Eth Titan weapons). Upgrades are not as important for the latter due to the requirement to roll an exact version.
Recycle Points
The item upgrader enables players to upgrade gear to a higher item upgrading Level Upgrade (Images.Google.Cg) level by providing the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any type of armor or weapons. However, the item level upgrade used for the upgrade will be consumed for the duration of time and will not be able to be used again. Upgrades can be applied to the enchantments.
The upgrader can be found in all major cities, and can be accessed at any time to upgrade item your equipment.
